That’s the message New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo gave to high school seniors throughout the state Monday including 15 during a one-hour stop at East Rochester Junior/Senior High School.

Gov. David Paterson has called us into session, and more importantly, is calling for across-the-board cuts in state spending. For too long, we have spent your tax dollars at unsustainable levels. In good times we rely on Wall Street and in bad times on the taxpayers. Both practices must stop.

Koon favors no-toll rush hours on Thruway PDF Print E-mail

In light of recent interest in removal of state Thruway tolls between Victor and Canandaigua, State Assemblyman David Koon (D-Perinton) said he has sponsored an assembly bill each year since 1998, that would eliminate tolls during morning (7:30 to 9 a.m.) and evening (5 to 6:30 p.m.) rush hours.
